Denise
Amiot

Campus Director

Ms. Amiot’s educational career spans over 35 years teaching exceptional students from kindergarten through post high school age. She also taught at the university level for 12 years, working with students pursuing careers in teaching.

She is certified in Arizona as an Administrator and K-12 developmental disabilities instructor. She has been a Doctoral student at Walden University in the field of Leadership and Curriculum, completed certification work in Administration at Xavier University, and a Masters in Special Education at the University of Cincinnati. Her Bachelor’s degree in Science of Education was completed at Edgecliff College in Cincinnati as well. 

Ms. Amiot is committed to working with all students in assisting them to believe in themselves, to see their fullest potential in school and beyond. Ms. Amiot encourages students to become active learners by providing opportunities to acquire skills to become productive citizens in a vastly changing society. Through close collaboration and a communicative partnership, she looks forward to building a positive relationship with students, families, and staff at Science Prep Academy.
