Mr. Muñoz is a graduate of Arizona State University. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 2004. Before joining Science Prep Academy this year, he worked as a Paraprofessional at a high school in Yuma and later became a junior high reading teacher at a Charter school. Mr. Muñoz is seeking to find knowledge and understanding through self-discovery and is looking forward to being able to teach his students how to find knowledge themselves, think critically, and always ask questions. When he is not teaching students in the classroom, he enjoys learning new skills, he is currently learning how to play the piano, and loves reading books related to philosophy and science.
